Are your products genuine brands?
It is against the law to offer counterfeits imposed as genuine brands when they are not. We are in the business of offering genuine brand name products only. With that statement above, we are legally bound and morally bound to serve our customers with the right products to our customers.
All watches, and any brand names represented on our store front are 100% genuine brand names. All inclusive brand names mentioned on our site are brand names of the respective holders.
What is your return policy?
Eobis will accept returns only within 30 days from the day we ship your watch. Items must be returned UNWORN, unaltered, in their original, unused condition, in their original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure any credit. We must receive the return package within 30 days from the day we ship your package. No exception.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Do not size, wear, use, alter your watches if you intend to return or exchange the watch. We do not accept watches that are sized, or worn (even for minutes) for exchange or return. Once your watch is worn, warranty goes in effect during the allowed warranty coverage period. Watches must be in their original condition without scratches or damages, with protective films in place if the watch came with the tapes. Please do not write anything on the manufacturer's box, instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other packaging accessories that came with the watch. We will be shipping you a brand new watch and all we ask is that we get the watch back in the same condition. Wearing the watch for minutes is still considered usage.
Please inspect the watch immediately after delivery of the watch. Any discovery of defects or problems with the watch must be reported before the usage of the watch immediately before usage or any alterations to the watch, such as sizing. Once the watch has been worn or sized, under any circumstances, the warranty coverage takes over if the issue is covered by warranty. Thus under no circumstances, watches cannot be returned or exchanged if the watch has been worn even for minutes.
We do not accept returns and exchanges on special orders. We will confirm with you on all special orders before processing your order. Special orders are generally the items that are not on our site but the items were specially ordered for the customer.
For exchange of international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping charges from and to including taxes and duties. International orders are orders shipped beyond the United States borders.
Before sending your watch for return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number, please send your watch back to at the address below.
Charge my credit card?
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

International shipment policy.
We gladly ship to all over the world, with few exceptions( we do not ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and few other countries not mentioned here).
We receive frequent orders from all over the world, and we accept credit card payments, wire transfer, or international money order.

Please keep in mind that we do not collect tax or duty of any sort for shipping to international locations.
However, your local government typically via the customs division of your country may collect duty from you at the time of delivery.
The shipping and handling cost due to customer's refusal of the package will be incurred to the customer for whatever the reason of refusal.

Is my private information secure ?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Do your watches have serial numbers?
All watches we offer on our site retain their serial numbers. We do not remove the serial numbers that the manufactures may have inscribed on the watches.
Tax, Do I have to pay sales tax?
The simple rule for the sales tax is that if your order is not shipped within the State of Texas, we do not collect sales tax from you.
Hence, you only pay for the price of the watch if you qualify for the free shipping.
The current state law requires that 8.25% sales tax amount be collected on all orders shipped within the State of Texas. All shipments shipped out of Texas are not taxed.
Do you offer new products?
Every watches and jewelry on our site are 100% brand new with original box. The original watch box are included with the watches.
