Eobis will accept returns only within 30 days from the day we ship your watch. Items must be returned UNWORN, unaltered, in their original, unused condition, in their original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure any credit. We must receive the return package within 30 days from the day we ship your package. No exception.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Do not size, wear, use, alter your watches if you intend to return or exchange the watch. We do not accept watches that are sized, or worn (even for minutes) for exchange or return. Once your watch is worn, the warranty goes into effect during the allowed warranty coverage period. Watches must be in their original condition without scratches or damages, with protective films in place if the watch came with the tapes. Please do not write anything on the manufacturer's box, instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other packaging accessories that came with the watch. We will be shipping you a brand new watch and all we ask is that we get the watch back in the same condition. Wearing the watch for minutes is still considered useful.
Please inspect the watch immediately after the delivery the watch. Any discovery of defects or problems with the watch must be reported before the usage of the watch immediately before usage or any alterations to the watch, such as sizing. Once the watch has been worn or sized, under any circumstances, the warranty coverage takes over if the issue is covered by the warranty. Thus under no circumstances, watches cannot be returned or exchanged if the watch has been worn even for minutes.
We do not accept returns and exchanges on special orders. We will confirm with you on all special orders before processing your order. Special orders are generally the items that are not on our site but the items were specially ordered for the customer.
For the exchange of international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping charges from and to including taxes and duties. International orders are orders shipped beyond the United States borders.
Before sending your watch for return, please contact for return authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number, please send your watch back to the address below.

Please include a copy of your invoice with RMA number before sending your watch so that we can properly identify your order. If you do send the watch back without the RA number, we reserve the right to refuse your package. Once we receive your package, we will inspect to make sure that the watch is not damaged or altered in any way. We simply need the items back as they were when we sent them to you. Once the inspection is passed, we will issue your credit in the same manner of payment we received. We will refund the whole amount you paid minus the shipping and insurance charge. The shipping, insurance, and handling cost will be around $10 to $30 dollars on most watches. However, the shipping and handling cost may differ depending on the cost of the watch and the speed of delivery to you originally. Thus the actual shipping and handling cost will differ depending on the price of the watch you ordered and the speed of the delivery to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
